A dynamic, midsized global manufacturer is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its corporate accounting and financial reporting team. - Assist in preparation and filing of quarterly and annual SEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K), including financial statement disclosures
- Support monthly and quarterly global consolidated financial reporting for 40+ entities
- Conduct financial analyses and provide insights for management
- Participate in proxy preparation and quarterly earnings releases, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and review journal entries, account analyses, and consolidated financial statements
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Tax, FP&A, Treasury, IT, HR, Legal)
- Provide technical support on accounting standards, SEC regulations, and US GAAP compliance
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 3+ years of experience in SEC reporting, global consolidations, public accounting (with larger clients), or internal audit
- CPA strongly preferred
- Experience in mid‑to‑large public company environments ideal; manufacturing background a plus
- Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills
- High integrity, accountability, and ability to work independently
- Base salary: $100,000–$130,000 per year
- Small discretionary annual bonus based on company and individual performance

- Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year
