Position Overview
As a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch, you will represent our brand and culture with the utmost hospitality, using the latest banking solutions and financial technology combined with friendly and attentive service.
Responsibilities- Put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive and friendly service.
- Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
- Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to build trust through asking questions and anticipating client needs.
- Educate clients on technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs.
- Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to consult with clients and connect them to specialized experts when needed.
- Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success.
- Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate the client experience.
- Excellent in-person and telephone communication skills, tailoring features and benefits to clients.
- Ability to resolve client issues promptly and with attention to detail.
- Operate within established risk parameters and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including required training.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- Completion of Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses.
- Unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days of hire through JPMorgan Chase's licensing program.
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
- College degree or military equivalent.
- Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
The position is subject to Dodd‑Frank / Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. Employment is contingent upon compliance with National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration and related requirements, including registration upon hire and timely renewal.

Saint Charles, IL
Base Pay: $22.50 – $30.29 per hour.
Eligible roles may receive commission-based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation.
