This financial advisory role is part of a Fortune 500 financial services firm that values people first. You will build and grow your own client practice while being supported by a branch team, home‑office team, and regional advisors.
As a financial advisor you will help clients achieve long‑term goals such as retirement, wealth building, estate planning, and education funding.
Key Responsibilities- Build relationships to acquire new clients via face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).
- Deeply understand clients’ and prospective clients’ needs, priorities, and concerns to create personalized, comprehensive strategies.
- Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
- Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase effectiveness and achieve desired results.
- Create an engaging environment of mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
- A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred or equivalent work‑related experience in securities/financial services.
- Financial services and/or sales experience.
- Financial services registration, licensing, or certification.
- Professional and/or military career progression.
- SIE (obtained without firm sponsorship), Series 7, and Series 66 will be required. If not currently registered, registrations may be obtained during the paid study period.
- FINRA registrations required within three months.
- State insurance licenses will be required.
- Ongoing training and CE required to keep licenses in good standing.

CompensationThe program includes trainee pay, supplemental salary for up to five years, commissions, and compensation for new assets gathered during that period. Investment and incentive travel are also part of the package.
