Part Time On Site Financial Controller

Cratos Industrial focuses on developing, acquiring, and managing class A industrial properties. With a long-term perspective, the company owns and manages its properties as part of a privately held real estate portfolio.

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Financial Controller located in St. Charles, IL. The Financial Controller will oversee bookeeping, financial planning, budgeting, and reporting activities. They will manage accounts payable and receivables, analyze financial data, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support senior management with appropriate reporting. Quickbooks experience is a must and prior accounting experience is a plus.

Expectation is for the candidate to work from our St Charles office 1 day a week for 4-6 hours. Hourly pay is up to $33/hr.
