Position: Director of Finance / Hotel Hospitality

Director of Finance – Hotel/Hospitality

At Q Center, we create exceptional experiences through seamless execution, operational excellence, and a commitment to service. As a full-service hotel, conference center and event destination, our success depends on strong cross-functional leadership, financial discipline, and strategic decision-making. We believe great hospitality is powered by thoughtful strategy behind the scenes. Our leaders combine analytical rigor with operational partnership to ensure the business performs at the highest level — financially and operationally.

If you’re a strategic finance leader who thrives at the intersection of analytics, operations, and executive influence, this is a role where your impact will be visible and measurable.

What’s the Role

As Director of Finance, you are the strategic and operational financial leader for a full-service hotel and conference center, responsible for overseeing all hotel financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across rooms, food & beverage, and events. You partner closely with the General Manager and hotel leadership team to drive profitability, optimize revenue, and ensure strong financial performance across the property.

This role goes beyond accounting oversight. You will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, partnering with department heads to translate financial insights into operational action. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, audits, payroll, internal controls, capital planning, and long-term financial strategy — ensuring the organization is positioned for sustained performance and growth.
