Why This Role MattersThis isn’t a sit-behind-the-desk HR role.
You’ll serve as the senior HR leader across up to three manufacturing facilities
, acting as the strategic advisor to plant leadership while championing employees at every level of the organization. Your influence will shape engagement, retention, safety culture, and leadership capability across entire operations.
- Architect and execute HR strategies aligned to business and operational goals.
- Partner with plant leadership to drive organizational performance and workforce planning.
- Provide data-driven insights through HR analytics and reporting.
- Champion a positive, compliant, and high-performance workplace culture.
- Lead employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
- Bridge communication between leadership and frontline employees.
- Oversee recruitment for hourly and salaried roles.
- Drive succession planning, leadership development, and retention strategies.
- Assess training needs and implement workforce development programs.
- Lead performance management programs that elevate accountability.
- Partner with corporate HR on compensation and benefits strategy.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR best practices, and safety standards.
- Support and reinforce plant safety and employee well-being programs.
We’re looking for an HR leader who combines executive presence with floor credibility — someone equally comfortable in leadership meetings and on the production floor.
You’ll stand out if you bring:- Proven success as an HR Manager or Senior HR Manager in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Multi-site HR leadership experience.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence operational leaders.
- Deep expertise in employee relations, talent strategy, and compliance.
- Strength in HR systems, metrics, and workforce analytics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required.
- Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.
