** Our Executive Director:
*** Provides leadership for the Community and its staff.
* Supervises and guides Carriage Oaks community team members.
* Implements programs and services for residents that are developed in tandem with Regional and Corporate staff members.
* Ensures compliance with regulatory standards.
* Implements and executes a robust Sales and Marketing plan to drive census.
* Directs the management team to ensure the success of the Community including the following:
* Works with residents, family and responsible parties to achieve a high level of satisfaction.
* Maintains a positive relationship with the professional community.
* Facilitates open communication with staff and peers.
* Maintains confidentiality of employee and resident records as appropriate.
* Leads all areas of operations meeting all financial and budgetary objectives.
* Maintains oversight of all marketing and sales activities and results.
* Operates Carriage Oaks in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures and ensure the safety and security of residents and staff.
* Oversees implementation of OSHA and Safety guidelines.
* Works with a not-for-profit board of directors.
* Promotes the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age in all areas of responsibility.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
** What you need to succeed:
*** B.S. in healthcare or related subjects or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
* Two or more years of experience in a leadership capacity in a senior living industry.
* Excellent Sales and Marketing Senior Living industry experience.
* Experience and knowledge dealing with senior population
* Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
* Ability to understand and administer the financial reporting and requirements of the Community.
* High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
