• Follow all safety rules and procedures required by department and company.
• Sets up silk screen, offset and label equipment, correctly.
• Keeps equipment running through production.
• Responsible for machines producing good quality parts.
• Follow all decorating procedures.
• Repair and report problems with equipment.
• Adjusts color if necessary on offset equipment
• Adds inks to screen and offset equipment
• Cleans screens, offset plates and blankets
• Keep equipment and work areas clean.
• Completes setup sheets correctly.
• Fills out production boards correctly.
• Runs equipment at the highest rate without compromising safety or quality.
• Clear line before starting new work order.
• Give operators instructions.
• Promote safety.
• Performs other duties as assigned
