Responsible for setting up injection molds and monitoring the production process to maintain quality and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities- Set up molding process and provide first article to quality for approval
- Program robots and calibrate color loaders
- Complete lockout/tagout procedures on all molding-related equipment
- Set up hydraulic and electric molding machines; troubleshoot issues
- Program robots, set up end-of-arm tooling, chutes, and conveyors
- Maintain production quality using IQMS (ERP system)
- Ensure clean and safe work environment in compliance with policies
- Attend industry training and complete special projects as assigned

- 3+ years’ experience in plastics injection molding
