Compensation: $30–$32/hour ($62,400–$66,500 annually)

We are partnering with a manufacturer in the St. Charles area to hire an EMC Test Technician for a direct‑hire, full‑time opportunity. This role is part of the client’s Test Systems department, a small, hands‑on team working closely with a Manager and several Engineers to support EMC and electrical test system builds.

• Wire and assemble 5 ft. panel boxes, including:
  • Crimping
  • Wiring
  • Soldering
• Testing electrical components
• Install and secure electrical components within control panels
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical documentation
• Support EMC and electrical test system builds and testing activities
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and organization throughout the build process
• Collaborate closely with Engineers and the Test Systems Manager

• 3–5 years of relevant hands‑on experience in wiring, panel assembly, or related technical roles OR 1+ year of experience for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Associate’s Degree or Technical School training in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering considered with reduced experience
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a small, team‑oriented department
