Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for Assemblers to join our team in St Charles, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for assembling materials to get them prepared for orders. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to read and write fluently in English, must have knowledge of electrical symbols and schematics, and more listed below. • Starting at $20/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• 8am-2:30pm on the first day – After the first day, hours are 6am-2:30pm.
• Located in St. Charles, Illinois

• Assembling materials to get them ready for orders
• Participate in department huddle
• Read schematics and blueprints
• Take instruction from department Foremen
• Collaborate with production employees, engineers, and managers

• Must be able to read, write and converse fluently in English with the level of competency that will permit the applicant to function in the position
• Must have knowledge of electrical symbols and schematics
• Must be able to understand blueprints & drawings
• Must be able to use shop equipment and hand tools
• Perform basic math functions including an understanding of fractions and decimals
