Jr. Process Technician- 3rd shift

• Supply production areas with raw materials and maintain material handling equipment.
• Prepare molds, tools, and auxiliary equipment for machine set‑ups and changeovers.
• Assist with mold installations, start‑ups, and preventative maintenance activities.
• Learn troubleshooting and process‑related skills through a structured training program.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Complete assigned training, coursework, and hands‑on learning activities.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Manufacturing experience.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Experience operating pallet jacks or other industrial equipment.

Frequently required to reach with hands and arms, push, pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, sit, walk, stand or balance and work within tight spaces. Ability to climb stairs and ladders. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 55 pounds. Exposure to noise and odor of plastic. Exposure to liquid colorants, alcohol, cleaning, and slip agents. Requires use of personal protective equipment.

Required to operate overhead crane and electric pallet jacks. Will be required to satisfactorily complete all assessments and assignments prior to advancement to the next level in training program. Must be able to work 2nd or 3rd shift. Overtime as required. Other duties as assigned.
