We are seeking a skilled Metal Polisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with stroke sanders and the ability to polish metal parts. Key responsibilities include operating stroke sanders and related polishing equipment safely and effectively, polishing and finishing metal parts to a consistent finish, inspecting finished parts for quality, consistency, and accuracy, following production schedules and meeting required deadlines, maintaining tools, equipment, and a clean work area, and following all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications include experience using stroke sanders and working in a fabrication or manufacturing environment, a strong understanding of metal polishing techniques, the ability to achieve #4 finish and food-grade quality, attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship, and the ability to stand, lift, and work with hands-on tasks for extended periods. Steel toe boots are required.
