Inspector Packer 2nd Shift

Job Overview

We are looking for a dependable, energetic Packer to join our high‑quality plastic packaging team. The role involves inspecting finished plastic products, packaging them per specifications, and ensuring they are ready for shipment worldwide.

• Inspect finished plastic products for defects such as cracks, deformities, or color inconsistencies.
• Package plastic products according to specifications, selecting appropriate packaging materials and ensuring proper sealing.
• Label packages accurately with product information and any necessary warning labels.
• Monitor and maintain production line efficiency by identifying and resolving packaging or production issues.
• Communicate any quality concerns or issues to supervisors and collaborate on solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, dispose of waste materials, and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Monitor and control inventory of packaging materials and notify supervisors when supplies need to be replenished.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging role preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to spot defects or inconsistencies.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record‑keeping.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift/move heavy objects as needed.

• Full‑time, direct‑hire position.
