Mission Staffing is seeking an Operations Consultant to embed full-time at a plant and drive measurable waste-reduction improvements. You will diagnose issues, lead improvement sprints, and build the plant team’s capability to sustain results after you depart.
You’ll work within a structured program but own day‑to‑day execution: data validation, root-cause analysis, kaizen events, and ad‑hoc experiments on the shop floor. Strong Lean/CI fundamentals and hands-on leadership are required.
