Novolex - - Responsibilities:
Operate carton forming machines and monitor performance to meet standard operation levels;
Troubleshoot and identify machine-related problems and adjust settings for optimal output;
Perform daily and weekly machine maintenance and conduct quality checks at regular intervals;
Complete end-of-shift paperwork, production data entry, and ensure proper crewing time and quantities;
Communicate with previous and subsequent shifts to review issues and coordinate priorities for the day
