This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Assistant located mainly in St. Charles, IL with the occasional travel to Des Plaines, IL. This position would also require flexibility in order to be on site during operational hours over the weekends to capture all onsite marketing opportunities. The Marketing Assistant will assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives specifically for the food and beverage initiatives of the company.

• Proficiency in all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.) with the ability and knowledge to interact with local influencers is required
• Knowledge of Open Table is preferred
• Proficiency in computer applications and marketing tools are required
• Knowledge of Sales and Marketing strategies specifically designed for restaurants and bars is required
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required
