• Accurately follow the resident MAR to ensure medications are administered according to physician orders.
• Understand and follow the "Six rights of medication administration" and all Bickford policies regarding medication management.
• Appropriately utilize the eMAR system for medication administration.
• Communicate with clinical leadership for clarification regarding resident medication administration and care.
• Provide direct resident care and supervise non‑licensed team members and other staff as appropriate.
• Demonstrate Bickford Mission "Whatever it Takes" to all team members on shift.

• Active license as LPN or Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Willing to take additional training or education required by specific states.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Competent in organizational and time‑management skills.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Able to utilize or learn Bickford’s eMAR system to administer medications.
