As an LPN, you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your duties include:

• Ensuring residents receive medication and nursing care as directed by individual care plans.
• Conducting resident assessments.
• Acting as a team leader and advocating for residents.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

• Unencumbered State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Prior LPN experience preferred; willingness to learn and grow will be considered.
