Be the Standard for Quality
If you thrive in a hands-on lab environment and enjoy solving problems, analyzing data, and ensuring products meet exacting standards-this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
As a Quality Laboratory Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring that both raw materials and production mixes meet strict quality specifications. Your work will directly influence product performance, customer satisfaction, and overall operational success.
What You'll Do
* Perform incoming and in-process testing on raw materials and production mixes to ensure they meet quality standards
* Collect samples from the production floor and conduct detailed laboratory analysis
* Execute a wide range of tests, including tensile, viscosity, pH, dimensional, hardness, humidity, sieve, freezer, and acetone testing
* Monitor lab equipment and processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of results
* Compile and analyze data, clearly documenting results and identifying any issues or trends
* Communicate findings to quality leadership and production teams to drive quick, effective decisions
* Assist with quality audits, investigations, and non-conforming material reports
* Support root cause analysis and corrective actions to continuously improve product quality
* Work independently to manage daily testing priorities and support production timelines
* Contribute ideas that enhance lab efficiency, testing accuracy, and overall quality performance
What You Bring
* 2-5 years of hands-on quality or laboratory testing experience
* Strong experience with physical testing methods (tensile, dimensional, hardness, etc.)
* Familiarity with viscosity, pH, sieve, and environmental testing
* Proficiency in Excel and Word for data tracking and reporting
* Ability to work independently while managing multiple testing tasks
* Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accurate, high-quality work
* Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams and escalate issues when needed
* Willingness to work overtime when production demands require it
What Makes This Role Stand Out
* Wide variety of testing-you won't be doing the same thing all day
* High visibility role where your work directly impacts product quality and operations
* Strong mix of independent lab work and real-world production interaction
* Opportunity to be part of a company that values stability, innovation, and long-term careers
Work Environment
You'll spend most of your time in the quality lab, with regular interaction on the production floor to collect samples and support testing. This is a first-shift role (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday-Friday) with opportunities for overtime.
