- Support quality activities for electronic assemblies, PCBs, and finished products.
- Investigate quality issues and help implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with Engineering and Production to improve product quality and manufacturing processes.
- Review inspection data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action activities.
- Support incoming, in‑process, and final inspection processes.
- Assist with customer quality concerns and help ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain quality documentation and support audits when needed.
- Help develop inspection methods and quality standards for new products.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience in a Quality Engineering role within electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, or electronic products.
- Familiarity with quality tools such as root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement.
