Responsibilities
  • Support quality activities for electronic assemblies, PCBs, and finished products.
  • Investigate quality issues and help implement corrective actions.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Production to improve product quality and manufacturing processes.
  • Review inspection data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action activities.
  • Support incoming, in‑process, and final inspection processes.
  • Assist with customer quality concerns and help ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain quality documentation and support audits when needed.
  • Help develop inspection methods and quality standards for new products.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Experience in a Quality Engineering role within electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, or electronic products.
  • Familiarity with quality tools such as root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement.
