Hourly Wage

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. $16 - $29 per hour.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Home associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.

Live Better U is a Walmart‑paid education program for full‑time and part‑time associates. It covers high school completion, bachelor’s degrees, English language learning, and short‑form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are paid by Walmart.
