Ollie's Bargain Outlet - 380 East Saint Charles Road - Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and direction for the operation of a store zone within a location;
Oversee merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery within the assigned zone;
Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations;
Oversee stocking and receiving to ensure sales floor readiness;
Schedule and staff for unload/processing of merchandise and drive associate productivity and customer service standards;
Supervise associates within the assigned zone and communicate directives for follow-up;
Perform all Team Leader functions to open and close the store when needed and handle additional responsibilities as assigned
