• On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., including weekends, with monthly seniority‑based schedules available two weeks in advance.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced environment, maintaining flexibility and openness to change to meet evolving customer needs.

• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience required – we provide the tools, training and coaching needed to meet and exceed goals.

Earn between $24,000 and $53,360, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on meeting and/or exceeding sales goals.
