• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options, showcasing the success that personalized services can bring families and communities together.
• Support the community by filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9 am–9 pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority‑based schedules are available two weeks in advance.
• Adapt quickly to a fast‑paced environment, staying current with evolving technology and all the ways we work to meet customer needs.

• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? Training, tools, and coaching will be provided to help you meet and exceed your goals.

Retail Sales Consultants earn between $40,000 to $63,000, which includes an hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities. The starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on meeting and/or exceeding all sales goals.
