We are seeking a driven, high-energy Business Development Manager to expand referral partnerships and generate new business for our private duty home care, skilled nursing, and healthcare staffing services. What you’ll Do
  • As the Business Development Manager , you will be responsible for developing and maintaining key relationships throughout our community with referral sources that have qualified candidates for our services, including private duty home care services, skilled nursing, school nurses and medical staffing
  • Meet with prospective clients and their families in person or by phone to assess their needs, explain how our services can support them, secure signed service agreements, and collaborate with Clinical and Operation teams to ensure a smooth and timely start of services.
  • Discover the needs of prospective referral sources and clients and effectively communicate the benefits of our services. Educates referral sources about Bright Star Care as they relate to industry changes, specific clinical programs and capabilities, outcomes, and appropriate referrals.
  • Manage your book of business by tracking referrals, leads and sales activity using CMR HUB SPOT
  • Develop and execute territory growth plans to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Attend networking events, healthcare meetings, and community outreach opportunities
  • Represent the organization professionally within the healthcare community and strengthen referral partnerships
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of outside sales experience required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Healthcare, home care, hospice, medical sales, senior living, staffing, or related experience preferred
  • Proven success developing referral relationships and growing a sales territory
  • Strong communication, presentation, networking, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the territory
  • Competitive base salary starting at $68,500 plus uncapped commission opportunities
