Inviah, Inc. – Chicago, IL (Hybrid / Field-Based)

Compensation: $40,000 Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses

Inviah is a physician-led healthcare platform transforming how medical care is delivered. We bring board-certified physicians directly to patients' homes, offices, and hotels while coordinating diagnostics, specialty care, procedures, imaging, surgery, and recovery through one seamless platform.

Unlike traditional telehealth companies, Inviah focuses on real in-person healthcare supported by technology and AI-driven care coordination.

As we expand across Chicago and beyond, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development & Sales Representative to help grow our physician network, employer partnerships, and healthcare relationships.

Responsibilities – Employer & Business Development
  • Identify and contact local businesses, employers, chambers of commerce, professional organizations, and community groups.
  • Present Inviah employee healthcare subscription plans and package deals.
  • Develop relationships with HR leaders, business owners, and executive teams.
  • Generate and close new corporate contracts.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, healthcare conferences, and community events representing Inviah.
Physician Recruitment
  • Recruit physicians and healthcare providers to join the Inviah platform.
  • Build relationships with private practices, physician groups, hospitals, and healthcare organizations.
  • Educate providers about Inviah's physician-led care model.
  • Assist physicians through the onboarding process.
Community Outreach
  • Represent Inviah at health fairs, employer events, schools, and community programs.
  • Build strategic partnerships with local organizations.
  • Create referral opportunities with physicians, clinics, and healthcare partners.
Sales & Growth
  • Maintain an active pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Conduct cold outreach through phone calls, email campaigns, Linked In, and in-person meetings.
  • Track leads and opportunities using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies and market expansion.
Qualifications
  • Sales, business development, healthcare marketing, pharmaceutical sales, or recruiting experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable networking and speaking with executives, physicians, and business leaders.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve measurable goals.
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus but not required.
Compensation Structure – Base Salary
  • $40,000 annually
Commission
  • 0.5% commission on every business contract signed and executed through your efforts.
Physician Recruitment Bonus
  • $100 bonus for every physician successfully onboarded and activated on the Inviah platform.
