Retail Sales Consultant

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• Engage customers through events, fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
• Remain flexible and open to change to keep current with evolving technology and customer needs.

• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? On‑the‑job training, tools, coaching and support are provided.

• Salary range $40,000 – $63,000 plus uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers.
