- Diagnose and repair a variety of problems with Audi vehicles
- Communicate with Service Advisors to ensure proper work is performed
- Test drive vehicles to ensure successful repair, eliminating the need for any comebacks
- Perform routine maintenance on new & used vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service

Education and/or Experience- Technical or Trade School degree preferred or minimum of four (4) years of automotive repair experience required
- Technical aptitude displayed by ASE Certification preferred.
- European experience preferred
- Must be able to work on and repair multiple makes of vehicles
- Must have the ability to operate a wide variety of vehicles, both automatic and manual transmissions
- Must have manual dexterity, good judgement, and ability to operate power and hand tools and other types of machinery safely and efficiently
- Manufacturer Training-Certified by Audi of America training requirements on an annual basis
- Valid Driver's License
