* PURPOSE:

** Oversee all functions of the inventory department consisting of the pallet station, dump room, warehouse, job issuing through scanners, cycle counting, and inventory reporting.
** RESPONSIBILITIES:
*** Ensure ingredients, packaging material, and finished goods inventory accuracy in a multi-SKU bar code environment.
* Lead a multi shift team of individuals on two shifts within the inventory department.
* Audit, reconcile, and enter inventory adjustments into ERP system.
* Reconcile inventory discrepancies and determine root cause.
* Ensure individuals are following Compact Industries safety procedures and trained to work in a safe manner.
* Work in conjunction with all other departments to direct and control physical stock control in accordance with Company policy.
* Ensure that company policies and controls are being followed.
* Oversee inventory checkpoints throughout the product’s manufacturing process.
* Execute a daily inventory analysis to solve inventory issues quickly such as locating finished goods product.
* Coordinate and analyze monthly, quarterly and semi-annual A/B/C cycle counts and physical inventory counts.
* Balance monthly inventory transactions for customer owned materials to ensure system integrity through reports. Communicate any variances with appropriate personnel.
* Run and read variance and journal reports, reconcile as necessary.
* Assist manager with mock recall, recalls and year-end inventory count.
* ** Hours from 9 am - 7 pm Monday
- Thursday, possibility of Overtime on Friday and/or Saturday
** Other duties as assigned.
** REQUIREMENTS:
*** Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize needs for both internal and external customers.
* Proficient in Microsoft suite and ERP/MRP software.
* Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills are required.
* Highly motivated, hands-on, self-starter and goal-oriented individual.
* Lift up to 50 lbs.
* Flex schedule, able to cover any technician
