Senior Audit - Accountant

. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Audit team

• Lead and complete audit, review, and compilation engagements
• Examine financial records to ensure accuracy, proper authorization, and compliance with firm policies and applicable regulations
• Prepare audit documentation, reports, and recommendations for clients
• Serve as in-charge on engagements, supervising staff and performing first-level reviews of their work
• Research audit and accounting topics of moderate complexity
• Assist with training, mentoring, and coaching staff accountants
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage multiple engagements while meeting deadlines

• Solid understanding of audit and attest services
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Client-focused mindset with the ability to work with all levels of management
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical
• Self-motivated, takes initiative, and works well independently
• Ability to multitask across several engagements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (Accounting preferred)
• CPA candidate
• 3–6 years of public accounting experience (preferred range)
• Prior experience with tax preparation and review is a plus
