Job Title
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Under the Career Center (HS) program:
Oversee the financial operations of 15 separate career & technical educational programs Producing monthly income/expense budget reports for each program Maintaining accurate financial records using project accounting practices Tracking all ongoing program expenses utilizing Google Sheets or Excel Learning how to utilize the Missouri Financial Accounting Manual Preparing daily deposits of cash, checks, and credit card payments Accurately recording daily deposits of cash, checks, and credit card payments Understanding and differentiating between district/building funds, grant funds, student activity funds Soliciting and reviewing bids from various contractors pertaining to the building of a new house Keeping adequate petty cash on hand Ensuring staff PCard purchases include accurate receipts and entries are electronically logged timely and accurately Receiving payments from customers for technical work performed at Lewis & Clark Receiving payments from students for resale items such as workbooks, uniforms, etc.
Soliciting bids for professional services, general supplies, and capital outlays for various departments Assisting in analyzing and recommendation for awarding of professional services, general supplies, and capital outlay bids Assisting in the calculation of tuition and fees Invoicing, tracking, and receiving adult Career Center student tuition payments Under the Adult Education program:
Perform data entry in finance software for batch deposits, batch checks, receipts and PCard Process daily deposits, maintain petty cash log and reports
Qualifications High school graduate (GED) Ability to create, edit, and manipulate Excel spreadsheets and Google Sheets Excellent attention to detail in identifying and locating invoice numbers, purchase orders, various vendors, and customers Ability to cross-reference data points in financial reports

Term of 246 days 8 hours per day With benefits Beginning date: TBD Salary:
Minimum $16.23 per hour
