Senior Accountant
Robert Half Finance & Accounting has partnered with an organization in St. Charles seeking a full-time Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant must possess strong oral and written communication skills along with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Senior Accountant Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial reports and analyze results to support business operations and leadership decision-making
- Complete bank reconciliations and resolve account variances
- Drive improvements to accounting processes, policies, and internal controls
Senior Accountant
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting
- 5+ years of public accounting experience within a manufacturing setting
- Intermediate Excel skills with Quick Books or Sage experience
