Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $38,000.00 – $42,000.00 annual salary

Qualifications
  • Must be able to represent and communicate clearly via written and verbal skills
  • Must be able to maximize productivity and organizational skills
  • Must be able to use current technology trends and social media
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus
  • All candidates must have a clean background screening and be able to pass drug screening
  • A college degree is preferred but not required if there is prior Human Resources experience
What We Need

An outgoing person with strong communication skills who is highly organized. This candidate must present a positive image and have the ability to develop strong relationships. Must be driven and collaborative with different people.

Job Details
  • Full-Time position requiring 40 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Job Description Summary
  • Provide support coordination for the Director of Human Resources and Account Management through administrative tasks
  • Include general clerical work, data entry, problem solving, and other HR coordination, including recruiting, interviewing and onboarding
  • Project a professional company image through in-person, video and phone interaction
  • In-person interaction with our employees will occur
Primary Responsibilities
  • Maintain files and records
  • Maintain & coordinate staff work schedules
  • Coordinate and host video and audio conference interviews
  • Meet & greet employees via software
  • Manage employee time records
  • Create, maintain and modify documents using Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and filing
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
  • Communicate and analyze work performance to customers
