Missouri Baptist University is looking to hire a full-time Coordinator of Housing Operations. Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Dean of Student Engagement the Coordinator of Housing Operations primarily responsible for the daily operations of the Residence Life Office including facilities management and the administrative operations of the Residence Life Office.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities- Responsible for the daily operations of the Residence Life office, including all communications to and from the office to students, families, other campus departments, and external contractors. Manage all mail and deliveries for the Residence Life office and residents, and purchase supplies for Residence Life.
- Manage the housing admission process and manage Erezlife with the admission process, forms, and site updates. Ensure billing each semester is correct and correspond with prospective residents to assist them in the housing admission process.
- Responsible facility maintenance requests and follow through with Facilities Management.
- Report all accidents, policy infractions, and general/specific student welfare concerns, serve by appointment on university committees, assist in organizing budget materials, and organizing the physical spaces of the Residence Life Office.
High School diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience in a related field
Preferred Education/ExperienceBachelor's degree and higher education experience.
