We are currently seeking an
Administrative/Clerical Associate
to join our Ed Morse team.

• Answering multi-line phone
• Data entry
• Assisting with accounting such as invoicing, AP, and AR
• Organizing Files
• Handle tax file runs to bank, post office etc.
• Additional tasks given by management

• Ability to work in a high-paced atmosphere
• Good problem-solving skills
• Team oriented with the ability to work with others and also individually
• Ability to adapt and be flexible, while keeping a positive attitude
• Valid Drivers License with Clean driving record
• Willing and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
