Operations Associate

This is a customer facing and an operations position.

Your main task would be to build your own tools and automations. Record what you're doing and work hard to make it super easy.

You’ll sit at the center of our operations — learning how real estate closings actually work, then helping us rebuild that process so it runs better than anyone else.

You'll work side by side with real estate professionals from the top of the industry and with the company owner, a 2-time exited founder. You'll interact with all kinds of customers and partners, and work on our own custom software infrastructure.

Help us make the job smaller.

Student or recent graduate. Any degree. We care more about how you think than what you studied.

Obsessive about details. In this industry, a wrong number moves someone's money to the wrong place. There's no version of this role where "close enough" works.

Excellent written English. You'll be writing to American lenders, attorneys, and clients all day.

Organized under pressure. Multiple files, multiple deadlines, all live at once.

Genuinely curious about technology. You don't need to code. You do need to be the kind of person who gets annoyed at doing something by hand for the third time and starts looking for a better way.

Comfortable with unglamorous work. Early‑stage means someone has to scan the document, and today that someone is all of us.

We're small. If you're good, the role grows quickly — into operations leadership, client-facing work, or the product side of what we're building. We'd rather promote you than hire above you.
