About the RoleAlbers Management is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to support one of the largest hyperscale data center construction programs in North America.
This is not a traditional project scheduler position.
We are looking for a senior project controls professional capable of developing, owning, and driving complex integrated CPM schedules across multiple work streams while partnering directly with executive leadership, project directors, construction managers, engineering teams, commissioning, procurement, and contractors.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated success managing schedules on large mission-critical, semiconductor, industrial mega projects, or hyperscale data center programs.
This position will serve as one of the senior scheduling leaders for the project and will report to the Director of Project Scheduling.
This role will be an onsite position at the New Florence, Missouri project site. The site provides all staff meals daily and will provide access to onsite urgent care, mental health, weight room, barber, and other ancillary services.
Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and manage fully integrated Primavera P6 CPM schedules.
- Build and maintain baseline schedules from early planning through commissioning and turnover.
- Manage multiple integrated schedules across contractors, owners, vendors, procurement, utilities, and commissioning.
- Perform critical path analysis and proactively identify schedule risks before they impact project milestones.
- Develop recovery plans and schedule mitigation strategies.
- Lead schedule review meetings with owners, contractors, engineering teams, and executive leadership.
- Review contractor schedules for logic, sequencing, durations, constraints, float ownership, and contractual compliance.
- Perform forensic schedule analysis and Time Impact Analyses (TIA).
- Perform schedule health assessments and ensure compliance with scheduling best practices.
- Develop executive schedule reports and milestone dashboards.
- Support claims analysis and change management activities.
- Mentor junior and senior schedulers.
- Partner with Project Controls leadership to continuously improve scheduling processes.
- 15+ years of construction scheduling experience.
- 10+ years managing Primavera P6 CPM schedules.
- Experience leading scheduling efforts on projects exceeding $1 billion
. - Extensive mission-critical, hyperscale data center, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, industrial, or EPC mega project experience.
- Demonstrated experience developing integrated master schedules.

- Data Center experience strongly preferred.
- Owner's Representative experience.
- Oracle Primavera Cloud.
- Procore.
- Power BI.
- Accumen Fuse.
- PMI-SP certification.
Because this role interfaces directly with owners, executive leadership, contractors, and project teams,
native or near‑native English fluency is required
. Candidates must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills and be able to confidently lead meetings, facilitate discussions, and communicate complex scheduling concepts without communication barriers.
Project site presence is required. No remote or hybrid accomodations.
Remote candidates will only be considered if they have extensive experience successfully leading scheduling efforts on large‑scale construction programs.
Periodic travel may be required.
Compensation$175,000+
