Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative at our St Charles location! We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service at our 4167 ST PETERS PARKWAY store. As the face of our company, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellence.
* Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders, both in-person and over the phone
* Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
* Prepare and assemble food items, including making pizzas, according to company standards
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols
* Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision and integrity
* Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional and friendly manner
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
* Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
* Adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Promote special offers and upsell products when appropriate
Qualifications
* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
* Strong verbal communication abilities
* Capability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
* Attention to detail in food preparation and order accuracy
* Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
* Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems
* Time management skills to ensure efficient service
* Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues
* Food service industry knowledge, particularly in pizza preparation (preferred)
* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
