Service Coordinator

Overview

Renewal by Andersen is the full-service window-replacement division of Andersen Corporation, the largest and most recognized window brand in America. Due to continued growth, we are hiring a Service Coordinator at our office in St. Louis, MO.

• Be the point of contact between our customers and our organization. Answer customer inquiries, direct phone calls, coordinate timely project updates and help keep the office organized and running smoothly. Uphold company culture while making customers feel respected, cared for, and delighted with their experience.
• Open requests for installs that will require service.
• Coordinate service visits for the Production Manager.
• Provide regular status updates and answer customer questions.
• Maintain exceptional levels of customer service, as gauged by Net Promoter Score (NPS) and  scores.
• Enter accurate notes and log customer communication in the system.
• Collaborate daily with Installation team and Production Manager.

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software/technology
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Speed and accuracy with attention to detail

$18-22 per hour plus monthly incentives
