Job SummaryAs a Call Center Agent, you will be trained to help customers with their Medicare questions or needs by providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions. Job Requirements- Pleasant phone voice
- Ability to multitask
- Good computer and keyboarding skills
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Outgoing and energetic attitude
- Previous Call Center experience a plus (not required)

- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
