Role DescriptionThis is a part-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in St. Charles, MO. You will be responsible for assisting clients with inquiries, ensuring their satisfaction, resolving customer issues, and promoting positive customer experiences. Core responsibilities include providing excellent customer support, addressing concerns in a professional manner, maintaining client records, and aiding in the improvement of customer service processes.
- Warm Client Engagement:
Serve as the friendly, conversational face and voice of our team, answering inbound calls and instantly putting clients at ease. - Patient Client
Education:
Take the time to truly listen to client stories, answer questions thoroughly, and help them understand how they are protected. - Systematic Data Support:
Learn to safely navigate insurance systems and accurately input client details into our databases without feeling rushed. - Collaborative Renewal Support:
Work alongside our advisors on Tuesdays and
- Expertise in Customer Service, Customer Support, and handling Customer Satisfaction tasks
- Familiarity with enhancing Customer Experience and maintaining high standards of client engagement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and proficiency in using customer service management tools
