Customer Service Representative – Insurance Office

Insured ASAP is looking for a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team.

This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates well, and is comfortable working in an office environment. Insurance experience is helpful, but it is not required. Training will be provided.

• Answer phone calls, texts, and customer questions
• Help customers with payments, policy documents, identification cards, and basic account updates
• Follow up with customers when additional information is needed
• Update customer information in our computer system
• Assist the office team with general customer service tasks
• Provide polite and helpful service to current and prospective customers

• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Dependable and organized
• Comfortable using a computer, email, and text messaging
  
  Willing to learn
• Previous customer service or office experience is helpful
• Bilingual English and Spanish or Arabic is a plus
• Insurance experience or licensing is a plus, but not required

• Full-time, in-office position
• Schedule:
  
  Mon, Tues, Thur, Fri from 9am to 5pm;
  Sat from 10am to 3pm
• Pay: $19-$23 per hour
