Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our OD Family Culture. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-call-volume service center while supporting internal and external customers.
Responsibilities include answering phones, handling emails, providing rate quotes and shipment status, and assisting with Bills of Lading. A High School diploma and 1 year of customer service experience are preferred.
