We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Saint Charles location (2181 Droste Rd). In this role, you'll be the friendly face and voice of our organization, delivering exceptional service to our customers while working collaboratively with a supportive team. Your dedication to customer satisfaction and attention to detail will directly impact our customers' experience and our store's success.

• Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor
• Operate the point-of-sale system with precision, handling cash transactions and processing payments securely
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare and assemble products according to company standards and recipes with meticulous attention to quality
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment, adhering to all food safety standards and company procedures
• Collaborate effectively with team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery
• Assist with various cleaning and restocking tasks to keep the store presentable and well-organized
• Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed throughout your shift
• Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to changing priorities and learning new processes and technologies
• Contribute to a positive team culture by supporting colleagues and maintaining a goal-oriented attitude

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional, and empathetic approach
• Strong ability to follow directions, adhere to company procedures, and maintain attention to detail
• Proven ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Solid basic math skills for accurate cash handling, order processing, and transaction management
• Reliable team player mentality with a positive attitude and collaborative spirit
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. regularly

• Ability to remain calm, composed, and solution-oriented when handling challenging situations

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Food handling certification (preferred)
• Previous customer service or food service experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems (preferred)
