Our client in Missouri seeks an Emergency Medicine Physician for a 120-day assignment, commencing Mar 10, 2026. This role features various shift options, spanning day, evening, and night hours, and requires expertise in critical procedures such as laceration repair, incision and drainage, intubation, central line placement, chest tube insertion, and utilizing point of care and ultrasound guided IVs to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Responsibilitiesand Duties
- Perform laceration repair.
- Execute incision and drainage (I&D) procedures.
- Perform intubation.
- Place central lines.
- Insert chest tubes.
- Utilize point of care ultrasound.
- Perform ultrasound guided IVs.
- Required Board Certification in Emergency Medicine.
- Experience with Epic EMR system.
- The schedule includes various shifts: 6a-3p, 7a-4p, 9a-5p, 2p-11p, 3p-11p, 5p-2a, 10p-7a, 11p-7a, 9a-6p, and 5p-1a.
- Exposure to cases involving Anesthesia, Cardio-Thoracic Surgery, Laboratory, Neuro-Surgery, and Radiology services.
