Quest Facilitator
As Needed Position
Purpose Statement:
The Quest Facilitator is responsible for planning and delivering school-age programming for children at the middle school site. This role focuses on creating engaging activities that promote a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for all participants.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
* A degree in Education is preferred but not required.
Experience &
Skills:
* Experience working with children in 5th through 8th grade is highly beneficial.
* Ability to develop and implement engaging activities for students.
* Must meet the standards established by the National After school Association Accreditation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and implement activities that encourage student engagement and participation.
* Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
* Follow policies, procedures, and job responsibilities outlined for a Vacation Station Facilitator.
* Participate in professional development opportunities provided by Vacation Station and the Francis Howell School District.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
* Hours:
As needed
* Salary: $17.74 per hour Candidates with 60+ college credit hours
$16.41 per hour Candidates with fewer than 60 college credit hours
