St. Cletus School, a Catholic elementary school in St. Charles, Missouri, is seeking a faith-filled, caring, and dedicated Classroom Aide to support teachers and students in creating a positive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with faculty to promote academic excellence, foster student growth, and uphold the mission and values of Catholic education.

• Assist the classroom teacher with daily instructional activities and classroom management.
• Provide individual and small-group support to students as directed by the teacher.
• Help prepare instructional materials, classroom displays, and learning resources.
• Supervise students during classroom activities, lunch, recess, and transitions as assigned.
• Encourage positive student behavior and model respectful, Christian values in all interactions.
• Assist with maintaining an organized, clean, and safe classroom environment.
• Support students with academic, social, and emotional needs while fostering independence and confidence.
• Communicate effectively with teachers and school staff regarding student progress and classroom needs.
• Maintain student confidentiality and adhere to all school policies and procedures.
• Uphold the educational mission and teachings of the Catholic Church.

Commitment to supporting the mission and values of Catholic education. Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while demonstrating flexibility and initiative. Patient, dependable, and compassionate with a genuine love for working with children. Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a school environment.
