Job Description
The Macon R-1 School District is seeking dedicated Assistant Track Coaches to joinour High School track program.
Candidates musthold, or be able toobtain,at minimum, a valid Missouri Substitute Teaching Certificate.
We are looking for a dedicated coach who will:
- Help develop student-athletes both academically and personally
- Assist with practices and competitions
- Build a positive, competitive team culture
- Work collaboratively withthe head coach and coaching staff
- Promote sportsmanship, discipline, and academic success
Qualifications:
Mustpossesseffectivecoachingtechniquesandskills.
Mustpossessathoroughknowledgeof therules,regulations,strategies,andtechniquesofthesport.
Mustpossesstheabilitytoestablishand
maintain effectiveworkingrelationshipswithschooladministrators,parents,and students.
