Position: Electrical Design and Analysis Engineer with Security Clearance
Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Electrical Design and Analysis Engineer to support a company focused on advanced weapons mission systems and next-generation aerospace technologies. This position is on-site rles, MO. The Electrical Design and Analysis Engineer will work as part of a cross-functional engineering team to develop, integrate, and validate complex electronic and electrical systems for mission-critical defense programs.

You will help mature next-generation, open-architecture, model-based designs that directly support the warfighter and strengthen U.S. national security. Responsibilities for the Electrical Design and Analysis Engineer include:
* Collaborating with internal and external customers to develop, derive, and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements.

* Translating requirements into system architectures, hardware and software designs, and detailed interface specifications within an agile development environment.

* Supporting integration, testing, and validation activities to ensure systems meet operational, functional, and performance requirements across the full lifecycle.

* Assisting in monitoring and coordinating supplier performance to ensure system integration, compliance with requirements, and timely issue resolution.

* Providing troubleshooting and problem resolution for fielded hardware and software, and supporting continuous improvement and technology insertion efforts.

Required Qualifications for the Electrical Design and Analysis Engineer include:
* 5+ years of experience in electrical systems design, analysis, integration, or related engineering roles (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).

* Hands-on experience with electronic/electrical system requirements development, architecture/design, and integration & test in aerospace, defense, or complex embedded systems.

* Demonstrated skills in systems engineering practices (e.g., requirements analysis, interface control, verification & validation), along with strong problem-solving and communication skills in a cross-functional team environment.

* Bachelor's degree
* Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance
Compensation for the Electrical Design and Analysis Engineer includes:
* Salary Range: $96,050 - $129,950
